This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE19Q0055 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-96. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING COMPETED AS 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing; Size Standard, 750 Employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement to shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, parts, materials, and other incidentals necessary to construct and install a playground structure safety surface on an existing playground at Riverview recreation area for MVK for the U.S. ARMY Corps of Engineers in accordance with the attached scope of work.
