This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, solicitation W912EE19Q0050 is attached. Solicitation W912EE19Q0050 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract, using simplified acquisition procedures, while reserving the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation if determined to be in the government's best interest. This solicitation is being issued as full and open competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, with a size standard of $11,000,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SITE VISIT: All offerors are required to attend a one-time site visit/survey at the Mat Sinking Unit so that offerors will have a good understanding of what they are quoting. The site visit will take place at 2577 Haining Rd, Vicksburg, MS, 39183 on Monday, 29 July 2019 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance at the site visit is mandatory.
