This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District has a requirement for a contractor to provide rigging, cleaning, and supervision for a rope access inspection team and to conduct non-destructive testing for various structural welds via rope access for eleven (11) Tainter gates at Proctor Dam on the Leon River in Comanche, Texas, as specified in the attached Solicitation No. W912EE19Q0042.
