This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE19Q0036 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue a single Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING COMPETED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The NAICS code for this procurement is 332323, Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing; Size Standard, 500 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement to furnish all labor, material, equipment, tool, etc. To execute the work called for herein. Remove and dispose of 530 feet of ninety-six inch tall chain link fence including all posts, gates, and any other hardware of the existing fence. Furnish and install 530 feet of ninety-six inch tall Montage II Invincible black ornamental fence (or equal) including posts, and all hardware in accordance with manufacturer specifications. This includes any clearing or grubbing that may be required. The place of performance is the Repair and Supply Base, 2449 Haining Road, Vicksburg MS 39180, Vicksburg, MS in accordance with the attached scope of work.
