This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, Solicitation No. W912EE19Q0026 is attached. Solicitation Number W912EE19Q0026 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract, using simplified acquisition procedures, while reserving the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation if determined to be in the government's best interest. This solicitation is being issued utilizing full and open competition on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. This procurement is being competed as unrestricted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $7,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District has a requirement for a contractor to perform top end overhauls on two main engines and maintenance on two generator sets on board the Motor Vessel Harrison as specified in the attached solicitation, No. W912EE19Q0026. Offerors are encouraged to submit questions at least 1 day prior to the solicitation due date, in order to ensure adequate time is allotted to form an appropriate response and amend the solicitation, if necessary. A prospective vendor who submits a comment/question will receive an acknowledgement of their comment/question via email, followed by an answer to the comment/question after it has been processed by our technical team.
