The government seeks an unrestricted, firm-fixed-price, multiple-award IDIQ task order contract for Technical and Programmatic Support Services (TPSS) supporting the Centers of Expertise for Operational Technology Support (OTS) Electronic Security Systems (ESS), Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS), Cyber, and Engineering Divisions. TPSS support includes quality oversight and management of cybersecurity projects, developing criteria for implementing cybersecurity across multiple agencies, and inventorying Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS), including medical systems. The contract supports the Department of the Army, Department of War (DoW), and non-DoW agencies. Work will be performed at diverse locations throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, outlying areas, and U.S. territorial waters, as well as foreign locations in Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Kwajalein, and South Korea. Other foreign jurisdictions may be added to the geographic scope, and the original notice date is 1 Oct 2026.
