The contract supports DHA by providing repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, and equipment procurement/installation at Government medical facilities. Contractors may survey problem areas, recommend solutions, and develop and implement work plans or designs within negotiated costs, then perform the related repair, renewal, or construction work. Some efforts may require standalone construction without associated services such as site investigation or work plan development. Performance will occur at locations inside Korea.
