This requirement supports DHA by providing medical facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, and equipment procurement/installation at Government medical facilities. Contractors will typically survey problem areas, evaluate and recommend solutions, and develop and implement work plans/designs expeditiously within negotiated costs while delivering the associated repair, renewal, or construction work. Contractors may sometimes be required to perform standalone construction without associated services such as site investigation or work planning. Work will be performed at locations inside Korea. This modification removes DFARS 252.226-7002.
