The contract is for non-personal services to provide Installation, Operations, and Turnover (IO&T) support for activating the AMLC APS-4 Warehouse at Buildings 765 and 955, Camp Carroll, Republic of Korea. The Contractor must supply all personnel, management, equipment, materials, and other resources except for Government-Furnished Property. The Government will not supervise or control Contractor employees. Only South Korean local vendors will be considered for this requirement, unless no offeror is technically acceptable, in which case the solicitation will be re-published to all interested vendors. Performance location is Camp Carroll, Republic of Korea.
