The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Engineering and Support Center intends to award a contract supporting Air Force Civil Engineering Center real property and real estate services. The effort will validate and correct real property assets at select Air Force installation management locations, assembling physical and electronic records to help the Department of the Air Force manage its portfolio and meet CFOA compliance. Work includes quality control reviews and updates for installation real property and real estate transactions using the NexGen IT platform, supporting the Air Force FIAR team’s audit remediation. Performance is authorized across CONUS sites and includes non-foreign OCONUS support restricted exclusively to Eareckson Air Station, Alaska, with no foreign OCONUS performance in scope.
