USACE Huntsville intends to award a contract supporting Air Force Civil Engineering Center real property services by validating and correcting real property assets at selected Air Force installations. The work involves assembling and updating physical and electronic real property records to help the Department of the Air Force meet Chief Financial Officer’s Audit compliance standards. Services include quality control reviews and transaction updates using the NexGen IT platform, directly supporting the Air Force’s Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation efforts. Performance is authorized across CONUS locations, with specific non-foreign OCONUS support limited to Eareckson Air Station, Alaska; no foreign OCONUS work is included.
