This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only, not a request for proposals, and no solicitation is currently available. The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville is seeking qualified sources to provide preventive and corrective maintenance for petroleum facilities and systems in support of Defense Logistics Agency–Energy fueling missions. Performance will occur at multiple military sites throughout the Republic of Korea, and the contractor must be able to mobilize and begin full operations immediately upon award without a transition period. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months total, commencing 28 August 2026 and structured as a 4-month base period followed by three option periods ending 27 August 2027. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated under NAICS 561210 with a small business size standard of $47 million.
