This contract provides for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) services, including certain related facility management services, at sites located within the North Plains region of the 88th Readiness Division (RD). The North Plains region includes portions of four states (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin).The contract will be awarded as a Stand-Alone firmfixed-price contract in fiscal year 2025 with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. Additionally, the Government may exercise options for up to an additional 6 months under FAR Clause 52.217-8. This requirement is acquired as a competitive set aside for 8(a) small businesses using FAR subpart 19.8.
