This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall furnish full-time labor and supervision, and services necessary for the performance of general logistics/maintenance services as defined in this contract for all buildings/suites within the Huntsville, Alabama Area of Responsibility, to include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) located at 300 Secured Gateway Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL and USACE Learning Center (ULC) located at 100 Secured Gateway, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Additional locations requiring logistics services Redstone Arsenal buildings 3461 and 3447 and 8022 and other locations on Redstone Arsenal as required to support special events. See attached PWS. Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to contractor questions regarding the solicitation. Contractor questions and answers are provided via Attachment 3. The questions highlighted in yellow will be answered and issued in a subsequent amendment as soon as possible.
