This is a sources-sought notice to determine market conditions for establishing a non-personal services contract to inventory and maintain water systems and equipment so that the water systems, equipment, and components can attain their normal life expectancy, and the water systems perform according to their intended design function. USAG-Hawaii is currently in the process of privatizing their water utilities. The proposed contract will serve as a stop-gap measure to address base operations and maintenance of the water systems until either the privatization is complete, or the positions USAG-Hawaii requested are approved and filled. USAG-Hawaii does not have a complete inventory or a team maintaining these systems. There may be sections of water distribution lines that need repair or replacement. The accompanying PWS contains a full description of the services to be provided.
