Amendment 2 extends the due date for proposal to 1 PM Central Time on 31 March 2023 The 88th Readiness Division (RD) has a need for preventative and corrective facility maintenance services for United States Army Reserve facilities in the Kansas and Western Missouri Region. The contract will be awarded as a Stand-Alone firm-fixed-price contract in fiscal year 2023 with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods, and one six-month extension in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This requirement will be a competitive set aside for 8(a) small businesses using FAR subpart 19.8 and the SBA/Dod Partnership Agreement. This is solicited as a 8(a) competitive acquisition and the request for proposal (RFP) is available on the Sam.gov website.
