AMENDMENT 01. To provide the OMEE VII Pre-Solicitation/Proposal Conference Slides (Attachment 12), Attendee List (Attachment 13), and Government responses to ProjNet inquiries (Attachment 14), which may have resulted in modifications to Attachments 01 through 11 (with the exception of Attachment 05). ORIGINAL SOL. The following were revised from the draft solicitation released 9May2023: Section A-Executive Summary and Attachment 02-Instructions to Offerors. It is the Offerors responsibility to review the entire solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville is soliciting proposals in support of the Operations and Maintenance Engineering Enhancement program using full and open competition with a small business reserve. This acquisition is for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract in accordance with FAR 16.504. The Multiple Award Task Order Contracts will consist of Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Item Numbers and the period of performance is anticipated to be a total of eighty-four (84) months, which will consist of a base ordering period for 36 months and two (2), 24 month optional ordering periods. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire specialized medical facilities Operation and Maintenance services to support the Defense Health Agency at locations throughout the Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Outside of the Contiguous United States to include Bahrain, Belgium, Cuba (Guantanamo Bay), England, Germany, Country of Georgia, Greece, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Portugal (Lajes, Azores), Singapore, and Thailand. Some of the attachments are provided in word format for your convenience only. The offeror may use these attachments for their proposal submission but shall not change any of the information provided within.
