The purpose of this contract is to provide all management, labor, equipment and material necessary for the procurement and installation delivery of electric vehicle charging facilities (EVCF) at a selected number of U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Installations, to provide on-demand charging services for a large number of approximately 100 zero emission vehicles (ZEV’s) being purchased separately by the Government for use as non-tactical light-duty vehicles.
