The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide all material and labor for interior painting of all prior painted surfaces and replacement of all carpet and rubber bases in multiple buildings at Kelley Barracks. Location: Stuttgart, Germany Statement of Work (SOW): A draft SOW is attached for additional scope details. The solicitation is anticipated for release in approximately two to three weeks, will contain the required technical information, and a specific due date and time. The procurement will be conducted under the following parameters: Full and open competition NAICS 236220 The cost magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 The solicitation will be issued on the SAM Website at https://SAM.gov. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above listed internet address for any posted changes. Contractors MUST be registered and current with the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to receive a Government contract award.
