There are... This contract is to provide all resources including personnel, equipment, and labor. This is a monthly requirement and work must be performed by the last duty day of each month once awarded. There are three locations for shred services: 475 Quality Circle, Huntsville, AL 35806; 5021 Bradford, Huntsville, AL 35805 (southside loading dock); and 3 suites at 4901 University Square, Huntsville, AL 35816. Contractor shall provide seventy bins with lockable lids for on-site shredding services, designed to handle a variety of sensitive documents and must be emptied monthly. There shall be no need to separate paper grades, remove staples, or other small binding materials. Contractor must schedule on-site service at least 48 hours in advance and work any schedule issues with Government Facility Manager. Bin distribution will be: Forty (40) lockable bins at 475 Quality Circle, twenty (20) lockable bins at 5021 Bradford, and ten (10) lockable bins at the three suites on 4901 University Square.
