The objective of this requirement is to provide scheduling services and project management support for ISPM. Scheduling services provided will support Huntsville Center, through the five (5) phases of project management: initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closeout. Scheduler services will improve ISPM effectiveness by allowing Government personnel to concentrate on inherently Governmental functions and efficiencies in the execution of projects using HQUSACE project management system (P2/P6/Primavera) and other enterprise Automated Information Systems (AIS). Project management services will include training, improved data quality and oversight of programs, and improved Project Manager and Project Delivery Team effectiveness.
