This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. The Government is planning to issue a solicitation on or around 15 March 2021 for the Design-Build effort described in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). The ... This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. The Government is planning to issue a solicitation on or around 15 March 2021 for the Design-Build effort described in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). The Government is performing market research to determine whether it would be beneficial to conduct a pre-proposal site survey. A Pre-proposal Site Visit is tentatively planned for the week of 05 April 2021 at US Army Garrison Stuttgart, Germany. If a site visit is conducted, it will not be mandatory. In deciding if your company would be interested in a visit, vendors should note there are various quarantine restrictions and exemptions if traveling to Germany (Reference: https://www.germany.info/us-en/service/covid-19/2321562). To alleviate concerns for foreign travel, vendors may consider sending personnel already in country and/or local firms with whom there is an anticipated partnership. All attendees must meet the Qualifications listed below. This information is not required to be provided at this time, but will be requested in the solicitation if it is decided to conduct the site visit. • US Citizens only • Possess 2 forms of identification. At minimum, produce a US Passport with a 2nd form of government issued photo ID. CAC holders are preferred, but not mandatory. • Proof of EU residency (if claiming an exemption from quarantine) SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a response by 1:00 PM (Central) on March 8, 2021. Responses must be submitted via email to Megan Brantley at Megan.N.Brantley@usace.army.mil. Responses should include the following information: Company name, business size and point of contact. If a pre-proposal site visit was offered, would you attend? If you are unable to attend the site visit, would you still be interested in competing for this project? Any other industry information you feel may be relevant to this requirement. Reference in the subject line: "W912DY21R0037 - Sources Sought Response for [firm name]". Questions concerning submissions should be directed to the POC listed above.
