The 88th Readiness Division (RD) has a need for preventative and corrective facility maintenance services for United States Army Reserve facilities in the Kansas and Western Missouri Region. The contract will be awarded as a Stand-Alone firm-fixed-price contract in fiscal year 2023 with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods, and one six-month extension in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This requirement will be a competitive set aside for 8(a) small businesses using FAR subpart 19.8 and the SBA/Dod Partnership Agreement. This will be solicited as a 8(a) competitive acquisition and the request for proposal (RFP) will be published on the Sam.gov website. The RFP will be issued on about 10 February 2023.
