The 88th Readiness Division (RD) has a need for preventative and corrective facility maintenance services for United States Army Reserve facilities in the North Plains Region. This region includes Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The contract will be awarded as a standalone “C” type contract in fiscal year 2020 with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods, for a total period not to exceed five years. This requirement is a competitive set aside for 8(a) small businesses. Potential offerors shall provide a 'letter of intent to propose' no later than 1:00pm Central, August 14, 2020 via email to Joel.P.Williams@usace.army.mil and to paul.c.daugherty@usace.army.mil. Question for this RFP shall be asked through 'bidder inquiry' via the ProjNet system as described in the attached RFP document. Proposals are due 3:00 PM Central on 31 Aug 2020.
