SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 04: Extends the RFP due date to NLT 9 September 2020 at 10a.m.; Incoporates a summary of answers to bidder inquiries through Projnet, and Changes the disclosure of magnitude to $250K to $500K. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 03: Incorporating a revised Statement of Work dated 17 August 2020 and revised/updated Appendix 8 (As-Builts); revising CLIN titles and description, extending the RFP due date to NLT 4 September 2020 at 1200 (CST), reopening Projnet for Bidder Inquiries until 26 August 2020 at 1600 (CST). SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 02: Incorporating a revised Statement of Work dated 20 May 2020 and revised/updated Appendix 8 (As-Builts). SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 01: Incorporating a revised Statement of Work dated 15 May 2020, Appendix 8 (As-Builts), and Projnet Question and Answers. The objective for this Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide plant, material, labor and equipment necessary for the disassembly, relocation and reassembly of first and second floor components of the existing mezzanine structure. Contractor shall relocate the mezzanine from the existing location Johnstown, PA to new location at ECS 99 (Building 3351 Lexington Ave) located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), NJ. This effort includes all the necessary required architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications components necessary for meeting the mission of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). The mezzanine has approximately 1,257.75 of open sf on the first level and has approx. 429 sf of enclosed space on the second level; the Second level includes office and supply/storage area. The mezzanine will be reconfigured with the 1257.75 open sf on the second level, and the 429 sf of enclosed space (including the office and supply/storage area) shall be on the first level.
