This contract provides for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) services, including certain related facility management services, at sites located within the Salt Lake City region of the 88th Readiness Division (RD). The Salt Lake City region includes portions of two states (Colorado and Utah).The contract will be awarded as a Stand-Alone Firm-Fixed-Price contract in fiscal year 2024 with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods and one six-month extension in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This requirement will be a competitive set aside for 8(a) small businesses using FAR subpart 19.8 and the SBA/DoD Partnership Agreement. This will be solicited as 100% 8(a) set aside competitive acquisition.
