This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a stand-alone contract for a contractor to provide and support a software tool used to design and analyze/validate the Line of Sight (LoS) on Live Fire Training ranges including technical training and support. The Contractor shall provide Line of Sight analysis/validation expertise to the US Army Engineering and Support Center on Live Fire Ranges. All software used to support this contract must be preapproved for use on U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Information Technology systems and be compatible with Bentley OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition terrain and geometry data.
