The Contractor shall lease to USACE-TAE three (3) Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV) with monthly routine and emergency maintenance to support the USACE-TAE personnel operating at Erbil Air Base, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The Contractor shall provide only 2019 or newer vehicles with less than 40,000 KM mileage, unless approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in exchange for consideration.
