The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is soliciting proposals in support of the Ordinance & Explosives Directorate (OED). This solicitation notice is posted to publicize the Government’s intent to issue an unrestricted/full and open Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to large and small business concerns who exhibit the required capabilities. The intent is to award a MATOC with a shared capacity of $750 Million. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be a five-year ordering period consisting of a 36-month base ordering period, and two 12-month option periods. This contract is intended to support sites located Outside Continental United States, i.e., outside the United States and Outlying Areas as defined by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101 primarily at international locations to include, but not limited to Afghanistan, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Poland, South Korea and Ukraine.
