This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordane with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested. The Government will conduct this acquisition in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13. This solicitation is designed to provide training on HVAC Testing adn Balancing Quality Verification (HVAC TAB QV) and HVAC Systems Commissioning. This is needed to provide training instruction to Courses 68 and 327 HVAC.
