The enclosed RFQ is to provide the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Huntsville Center with unlimited rights to the miisoftware.com domain upon the purchase of the website. After the website is purchased, PT&C shall transfer the website and all back-end data from its servers to the US Government (USG) Microsoft AZURE Cloud. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment and other items and services, except as specified as Government-Furnished, necessary to transfer the miisupport.com domain and all back-end data from PT&C’s servers to the USG Microsoft AZURE Cloud as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The award for services under this PWS shall be limited to the services identified in the contract line items awarded in the contract and its modifications.
