The Government intends to award an stand alone 8(a) competitive contract for the services listed below. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, subcontracts, and other items and services necessary to perform all scheduled preventative maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and facility management support tasks and functions for designated sites and facilities within the 88th Readiness Division (RD), Minneapolis Region. Work shall be performed to the standards in this contract, the NFPA, and all other applicable codes and regulations to ensure full facilities operability. The award for services under this Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be limited to the services identified in the contract line items awarded in the task order and its modifications. Certain CM requirements may be subject to authorization via Service Orders as further delineated within this PWS. In the event of a conflict between this paragraph and any other term or provision of the scope of work, this paragraph shall prevail. FORCE STRUCTURE This task order will focus on the PM and CM services, including certain related facility management services, at sites located within Minneapolis region of the 88th RD. The Minneapolis region includes 25 sites in 4 states (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Northern Wisconsin) and a total of 74 buildings.
