The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville (USACE) is seeking qualified firms to provide Third Party Blind Validation Seeding and Advanced Geophysical Classification (AGC) Data Collection & Processing. The task orders under this solicitation will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Divisions and Districts and their customers. Projects will be located throughout the 48 Contiguous United States, as defined by FAR 2.101, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Outlying areas and Territorial waters, Kwajalein Island, Meck Island, Bikini Atoll, and Palau. The contracts awarded will include performance based, firm-fixed price features for a wide range of environmental services at various known or suspected Military Munitions Response Sites (MRS) and Hazardous and Toxic Waste (HTW) sites. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract.
