The purpose is to procure the services of a contractor to perform a range of remediation and demolition services with experience in Chemical Agent (CA), Biological Agent (BA), Agent Breakdown Products (ABP), Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Other Regulated Material (ORM) to assist the U.S. Army with the disposition of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (CCDC) and US Army Medical Research Institute Of Chemical Defense (MRICD) real property at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland (see attached Draft PWS).
