The objective of the IO&T Program is to provide a total turn-key project support for the equipping and transitioning of staff and patients into new and/or renovated military healthcare and medical research laboratory facilities to meet the mission requirements of MEDCOM. IO&T provides program/project management and contracting support to MEDCOM projects at various geographical locations throughout the Continental United States, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Guantanamo Bay, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Djibouti, and Republic of Korea.
