The anticipated requirement includes routine and emergency/after-hours deliveries, multiple-site BPA calls, delivery documentation, safety/compliance coordination, and optional tank-level monitoring or vendor-managed delivery. USACE may establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements, but no minimum propane quantity or number of calls is guaranteed. Interested parties should provide a capability statement covering company/socioeconomic information, relevant experience, ability to serve both dam locations, commercial propane pricing practices and fees, and recommended BPA terms or procedures.
