The government is seeking capability packages from firms interested in and able to perform concrete stair repair work at Chief Joseph Dam in Bridgeport, WA 98813. The scope includes repairing damaged cantilevered concrete stair landings, replacing stair runner anchors, cleaning and sealing exposed rebar and handrail anchor posts, and sealing newly rehabilitated concrete landings. Respondents should provide company identification, CAGE/UEI, business classification, interest in bidding, and joint-venture information if applicable, and must be registered in SAM by the time of award. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and applicable federal, state, local, and industry standards.
