$300M Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM)
This is a sources sought/RFI for market research purposes only, not a formal solicitation, issued by USACE Seattle District for a potential $300M MATOC for Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization construction. Work would be performed primarily at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and sub-installations including Lewis Main, McChord Field, and Yakima Training Center, covering renovation, repairs, minor expansions, pre-engineered buildings, preventative maintenance, environmental abatement, erosion control, earthwork, and incidental design work. The contract would have a 5-year base period plus one 2-year option, with task orders generally ranging from $250,000 to $25,000,000 and average durations of six months to two years. An Industry Day is anticipated in the JBLM area on or about 15 October 2026. The government is using responses to help determine whether a small business or socio-economic set-aside may be appropriate.
