FY26 Willapa Sediment Characterization Service

This is a non-personnel services contract for technical services to conduct a sediment characterization in Willapa Bay, Washington. The primary objectives are to prepare a sampling and analysis plan, sample and characterize sediments in proposed dredging areas, and produce a report for a suitability determination. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to perform these tasks. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will not supervise the service providers directly.
