FY26 MV Puget Back-up Crane Vessel Services
This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside to provide a backup crane vessel for the USACE Seattle District. The primary tasks are collecting floating debris in Puget Sound and its tributaries, and removing/installing equipment at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. The contractor must provide all necessary management, personnel, and equipment to perform these crane services. Collected debris is to be off-loaded at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks in Seattle, WA, with services occurring at this location and throughout Puget Sound. The government will not supervise the contractor's service providers.
