This is a pre-solicitation notice for emergency powerline repair at the Howard A. Hansan Dam, specifically to reattach a disconnected line and reconnect ground wire between Poles #62 and #68. The actual solicitation for the work will be issued to interested parties at a future date. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award.
