See attached Determination to Solicit to One Source. The requirement is for the contractor to maintain a physical presence at site at all times during each monitoring session. The Contractor shall not monitor other sites or areas around Lake Koocanusa while monitoring the Site. These monitoring sessions shall occur during the Libby Dam’s recreational season, which begins in April with the annual Penco Days event and winds down by the third weekend after Labor Day in September.
