The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates a firm-fixed-price design-build contract for constructing a new medical facility in Tacoma, Washington. The project involves the design and construction of a 74,500-square-foot outpatient building to serve as a seismic replacement and accommodate growing ambulatory care needs. The estimated construction cost is between $25 million and $100 million. The RFP documents are anticipated to be available on or about August 6, 2025, via SAM.gov. Performance and payment bonds will be required, and the solicitation will include a Project Labor Agreement.
