Hull ID MUN712PKE414, designated NWS 3-13. Dual Volvo-Penta D6-330 A-F stem drive engines with DPH-C lower units to service at Chief Joseph Dam (CJD). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in tum, is responsible to the Government.
