This Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation Notice is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming. All questions regarding this Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation should be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact(s) indicated below. Construction Project: The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price. PROJECT DETAILS: The Government intends to solicit a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) for the subject requirement. The purpose of the Albeni Falls Dam, Turbine Maintenance Platform (TMP). The scope includes but not limited to: The work includes fabrication, delivery, and load testing of one new turbine maintenance platform and all incidental related work. This will additionally include oversight and training of USACE employees to assemble the TMP at Albeni Fall Dam.
