Amendment 0002, dated 22 Feb 2024, provides an answer to a question received and revises the Purchase Description to add Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance to the functional characteristics. Amendment 0001, dated 15 February 2024, provides answers to questions received regarding the solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires one (1) Container shower/restroom trailer to be delivered to Chief Joseph Dam (CJD), Bridgeport, Washington. The Container shower/restroom trailer shall meet or exceed the requirements as specified in the solicitation. Materials will be inspected at the delivery point prior to acceptance. Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the product’s condition as specified until the point of acceptance. New equipment only; no remanufactured or “gray market” items. The successful quoter shall be required to deliver the Container shower/restroom to Chief Joseph Dam within 120 days after date of award, partial delivery is acceptable. All deliveries must take place during CJD business hours of Monday through Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, excluding Federal holidays.
