The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District has a requirement to design and construction a water treatment plant for processing surface water to drinking water standards, including connections to existing distribution systems, for Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. The purpose of this amendment is provide to incorporate an updated wage determination in accordance with FAR 22.404-5(c)(4) Expiration of project wage determinations. Offerors are required to acknowledge the amendments and submit with their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
