The US Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a septic pump out services. This non-personal services purchase order will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement to be awarded based on low price. This service is to provide pump out of two (2) 3,000-gallon septic tanks at the MMD Park Host Site, one (1) 3,000-gallon tank at the MMD FPF and dispose of it off-site, as well as the ability to call for extra pump outs as needed. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to pump out three septic tanks and dispose of off-site as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
