Amendment R0001 posted on 1 April 2021 (see attached amendment). Time and date for receipt of proposals revised to 10:00AM, 22 April 2021 (Pacific Daylight Time). This solicitation will be for the award of Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Multiple Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) that will support USACE Seattle District’s existing customers along with new customers within the Northwestern Division Area of Responsibility (AOR) under NAICS Code 562910. Work anticipated under these MATOCs includes, but is not limited to, full environmental remediation/restoration services, including incidental construction associated with remedial actions, and other incidental professional type services, to include site characterization and assessment. Projects may also include incidental demolition, hazardous and toxic waste remediation and disposal services per requirements set forth at the task order level. Incidental hazardous and toxic waste remediation may include asbestos/lead abatement or removal services. Projects will also focus on Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) site investigations, remedial investigations and/or remedial actions. This contract for environmental response actions will include service and construction activities mandated by the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP), Superfund, environmental compliance and pollution prevention projects under the Department of Defense Environmental Quality Program, Brownfields, Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP), environmental cleanup activities under the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program, Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and other environmental and homeland security laws and regulations requiring support activities for military installations, Corps' civil works projects, and work for other federal agencies. The DERP projects will include Installation Restoration Program (IRP) activities. See Section C, PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS), of the RFP for details.
