The provider shall generate and deliver to the Seattle District, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (CENWS), meteorological and hydrological forecasts for the Green River basin of Washington State and graphical images for selected outputs from the Weather Research and Forecast model (version 3.5.1 or later) coupled with the National Weather Service Global Forecast System forecast model (WRF-GFS) and the European Center for Medium Range Weather Forecasting forecast model (WRF-ECMWF) at a regional scale. Additional hourly QPF and temperature output from the High-Resolution Rapid Refresh forecast model (HRRR) for select points should also be provided to CENWS.
