Purchase Description for Mud Mountain Dam (MMD) Tractor 1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires one (1) Tractor and all identified attachments to be delivered to Mud Mountain Dam in Enumclaw, Washington. 2.0 SPECIFICATIONS: The contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) Tractor. Minimum Characteristics shall include: • Diesel powered liquid cooled engine with a minimum of 40 horsepower • Minimum PTO of 30 horsepower • Minimum 15-gallon fuel tank capacity • Fully enclosed cab • Category 1 three-point hitch • Hydrostatic Transmission • Rear controlled movement controls • Wet disc brakes • Hydrostatic power steering controls • Differential lock • Wheel spacer • Backup alarm • Brake and taillights • Turn signals • Windshield wipers • Air conditioning and heating controls • Horn All attachments supplied must be compatible with the tractor being supplied as part of this contract. Contractor is responsible for performing all necessary retrofits to the tractor and or attachments to allow for full and safe operation. The contractor is also responsible for any required programing/reprograming of the tractor’s software to allow for full and safe operation of all attachments. The Contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) rear lift type rotary cutter attachment. Minimum Characteristics shall include: • 6 foot cutting width • Minimum of 500 RPM • Category 1 type hitch The Contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) rear disk harrow attachment. Minimum Characteristics shall include: • Minimum 4 foot working width • Category 1 type hitch • Minimum 10 disc blades The Contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) rear broadcast spreader attachment Minimum Characteristics shall include: • Polyethylene hopper • Minimum 350 lb capacity • Minimum 5 cubic ft volume • Minimum 20 foot spread swath • Category 1 type hitch 3.0 WARRANTY: All components shall be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty on all parts, labor and workmanship. 4.0 ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIALS: Materials will be inspected at the delivery point prior to acceptance. Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the product’s condition as specified until the point of acceptance. New equipment only; no remanufactured or “gray market” items. 5.0 DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Delivery must be received at the delivery location no later than 90 days after Award. The Contractor shall contact the Project Manager and Project staff ten (10) days prior to any pending deliveries. All deliveries must take place during Mud Mountain Dam’s business hours of Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, excluding Federal holidays. 6.0 DELIVERY LOCATION: Item shall be delivered FOB DESTINATION to the following address: US Army Corps of Engineers ATTN: Mud Mountain Dam 30525 SE Mud Mountain Rd Enumclaw, WA 98022
