This is solicitation for quotations to Perform Steel Tank Institute Inspections (SP001) for government owned above ground oil and fuel storage tanks located at the Libby Dam Project, Libby, Montana. Tank inspections shall include tank integrity, wall thickness, condition of protective coatings, foundation and supports conditions, relief valves, venting and any other associated equipment. A final report shall be provided to the government on the aforementioned inspection criteria to include professional opinion on condition of the tanks, deficiencies identified and corrective action recommendations. This action is set-aside 100% for qualifying Small Businesses. Solicitation documentation is attached. Questions regarding this soliciation are due no later than 26 May 2021.
